We are specialized in the assembly of MICRO LOTS of CABLES, SENSORS and BOXES.
The standards of the materials we use is derived from international military specifications MIL-DTL-38999 and JN1003. Our internal assembly procedures are inspired by UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 to guarantee top levels of safety and reliability.
Our efficient commercial network allows JUST IN TIME procurement of connectors, preforms, cables and sheaths of the SOURIAU, TE CONNECTIVY and RAYCHEM brands.
Our LEAN organization is supported by a custom ERP/MES dedicated to the RACING cabling world. This enables effective management of all key processes: BOMs, production cycles, technical documentation, instruments management and calibration, order confirmation, MRP, supplier orders, production orders, subcontracting, barcode/RFID material tracking, transport documents, nonconformities, internal training, internal audits…
Quality controls are our strength. We perform 21 “Work in Progress” and 10 “End Of Line” checks. Our top-level WEETECH W434 wire harness tester allows for reliable CONTINUITY and INSULATION checks.
