TERRITORY

We believe in roots.

We were born and raised in Vignola, in the beating heart of the Motor Valley.

We are a stone's throw from Maranello, the Modena racetrack, and the historic headquarters of some of the most iconic brands in the racing world.

We are close to one of the best-known vehicle engineering departments in the world, named after the great Enzo Ferrari.

We are in the land of Emilia.

It is a land of engines, passions, challenges, respect and honesty.

It our home.

FAMILY

The family is the backbone of our company.

The Lenzi family, which laid the foundations of LEAR RACING CABLE, is active and involved in all business branches.

But ours is an extended family. Because the word "family" describes for us all the relationships that binds our entire team: owners, employees, collaborators, partners.

It is the only way we know to best combine commitment, collaboration, mutual support, transparency… and competitiveness.

It is the spirit that distinguished us at the beginning of our adventure, and it is the spirit that accompanies our growth.

LOYALTY

We believe in the given word, in the respect between people and the commitments made.

We believe that harmony and integrity in professional relationships are worth more than any shortcut.

We want to develop bonds based on honesty, fairness, trust and seriousness in human relationships.

And we want to develop our business with like-minded interlocutors.

ENVIRONMENT

We are aware that the world that hosts us is not a stage or a painted backdrop.

The environment is part of us, and we part of it.

That's why LEAR RACING CABLE strives every day to adopt practices, processes and materials that minimize the impact of our work, and to preserve the beauty and uniqueness of the world around us.

Because races end at the finish line. But the passion for our planet can never stop.
